Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to workshops, coaching sessions, Practice Lab subscriptions, and corporate briefings booked with NodeField Chart Institute. Contact info@nodefieldhub.click or +84838400186 for refund requests.

1. Support & Resistance Workshop

Cancellation by participant

• 14+ days before day one: Full refund of amounts paid, minus bank transfer fees if applicable
• 7–13 days before day one: 50% refund of total workshop fee; deposit may be applied to a future cohort within 12 months
• Less than 7 days before day one: No refund; one-time transfer to the next available cohort within 6 months if we have a waitlist opening

Cancellation by NodeField

If we cancel a cohort due to instructor illness or venue issue, you may choose a full refund or guaranteed seat in the next scheduled cohort.

2. Deposits

The 30% workshop deposit is non-refundable within seven days of the workshop start date. Deposits for corporate briefings are non-refundable within 14 days of the booked date unless we cancel the session.

3. Chart Coaching Sessions

• Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before appointment: full refund or free reschedule
• Cancel within 48 hours: 50% fee retained
• No-show without notice: no refund

4. Practice Lab subscription

Monthly alumni lab fees are non-refundable once the month has started. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next month's charge. The complimentary lab visit included with workshop completion does not carry cash value and expires 30 days after your workshop ends.

5. Corporate briefings

Scope and cancellation terms are defined in the signed engagement letter. Unless otherwise stated, rescheduling requires 10 business days notice. Work already delivered (custom slides, pre-interviews) is non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials preparation begins.

6. Non-refundable items

• Printed materials already shipped to you for private cohorts
• Third-party venue fees we prepaid on your behalf
• Completed coaching sessions
• Workshop days already attended under partial attendance disputes

7. Refund process

1. Email info@nodefieldhub.click with your name, cohort or booking reference, and reason
2. We confirm eligibility within three business days
3. Approved refunds are sent to the original bank account within 14 business days

8. Partial attendance

Workshop fees cover the full two-day program. Leaving after day one does not entitle you to a partial refund unless we failed to deliver advertised content on that day.

9. Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may be considered for credit toward a future cohort on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be requested.

10. Chargebacks

Because we collect payment by bank transfer rather than card checkout on this site, disputes should be raised with us directly before initiating external charge processes.
